What You’ll Do
Coordinating the efficient flow of vehicles and mobility assets between original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), warehouses, dealerships, and retail locations, this role encompasses managing inbound and outbound logistics, as well as overseeing number plate transfers and performing reconciliations to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
Overseeing delivery schedules, interbranch transfers, and asset returns, the role prioritizes timely and cost-effective distribution to optimize operational efficiency and meet logistical demands.
The role involves supervising and managing corporate taxi services, which encompass Little Cab, airport transfers, car hire arrangements, and processing payments to associated vendors.
Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting daily stock movements to ensure accurate inventory records, as well as actively participating in monthly stock audits and reconciliation procedures to verify and validate inventory data. The role also involves assisting with the preparation and execution of stock counts, ensuring discrepancies are promptly identified, investigated, and resolved to maintain optimal inventory integrity.
Monitor the utilization of corporate cabs and staff transportation services while assisting with the coordination of fleet maintenance, managing vehicle swaps, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of inventories. Additionally, oversee the tracking of vehicle availability to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
Promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or mechanical breakdowns and diligently following up as instructed are essential to ensuring the continuous operational readiness of the fleet.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Finance, and technical teams, we ensure efficient order fulfillment while promptly advising stakeholders of any delays, damages, or incidents that may arise.
Compiling and filing essential logistics paperwork such as delivery confirmations, transport manifests, fuel logs, service repair receipts, and expense validation documents.
Ensuring complete adherence to approved transport, fleet, and safety policies across all logistics operations, this role involves verifying the validity of licenses, insurance coverage, and statutory documents for drivers, riders, and vehicles prior to deployment.
You play a key role in facilitating incident reporting, audits, and compliance reviews by ensuring meticulous maintenance of accurate and current records.

Possesses a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in logistics, distribution management, or transportation operations.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to generate detailed reports, along with meticulous attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative capabilities are essential, coupled with the proficiency to effectively prioritize and manage competing tasks in a dynamic environment.
