Proficient users of at least one statistical or analytical tool—such as State, R, Python, or advanced Excel—must demonstrate the capacity to execute analyses and derive meaningful insights independently, requiring minimal oversight.
Proficient in written and verbal English communication, with a demonstrated capacity to articulate technical insights clearly and effectively to audiences lacking technical expertise.
