What You’ll Do

Coordinating the seamless inbound and outbound flow of vehicles and mobility assets among OEMs, warehouses, dealers, and retail locations entails managing number plate transfers and ensuring accurate reconciliations throughout the process.

Responsibilities include managing delivery schedules, coordinating interbranch transfers, and overseeing asset returns to ensure prompt and cost-effective distribution.

Providing oversight and coordination of corporate taxi services, including Little Cab, airport transfers, car hire arrangements, and associated vendor payments

Responsibilities include monitoring and recording daily inventory transactions, as well as assisting with monthly stock counts and reconciliation procedures.

Monitoring corporate cab and staff transport utilization, as well as facilitating fleet maintenance coordination, swap reconciliations, and vehicle availability tracking.

Promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or mechanical breakdowns ensures fleet availability is maintained, with follow-up actions conducted as directed.

We collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Finance, and technical teams to guarantee prompt order fulfillment and promptly notify all relevant stakeholders of any delays, damages, or incidents encountered.

Preparing and filing comprehensive logistics documentation encompassing delivery notes, waybills, fuel records, repair documentation, and expense substantiation is required. This includes ensuring all records are accurately completed, properly organized, and submitted in a timely manner to support operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

To confirm adherence to established transport, fleet, and safety policies, all logistics operations must be executed in full compliance. This includes validating that drivers, riders, and vehicles possess current licenses, adequate insurance coverage, and all necessary statutory documentation prior to deployment.

We facilitate incident reporting, audits, and compliance reviews by ensuring that records are meticulously maintained and consistently updated.

Seasoned professionals with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field are sought, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and specialized knowledge. Candidates must possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to adapt to evolving challenges within a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in [specific tools/software, if applicable] and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report generation, with a meticulous eye for precision in documentation.

Proficient in clear and effective communication, coupled with strong collaborative abilities, enabling the adept management of diverse tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Demonstrates adaptability to varied schedules, including weekends and other non-standard hours, as operational needs require.

Prior experience with transport vendors or drivers is desirable, as is familiarity with overseeing inventory movements and managing logistics documentation.
