Diagnose and resolve a variety of plumbing challenges, including leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions, with precision and efficiency.
Translate technical drawings and blueprints to facilitate installations and tenant fit-outs, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, specifications, and compliance with relevant standards.
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and building regulations at all times.
You will oversee the documentation of plumbing activities, compile detailed reports, and administer the inventory of tools, fittings, and consumables.
Responsibilities include maintaining facility operations by overseeing water systems, aiding in general maintenance tasks, and managing external service providers.
Conduct daily inspections, document water consumption, file maintenance reports, and verify thorough shift transitions while ensuring all risk-related information is accurately reported.
Required Specifications
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in plumbing or an equivalent maintenance field is required.
Executed responsibilities as Artisan I or a comparable position, contributing specialized craftsmanship and technical expertise to assigned projects while ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
