Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and associated plumbing infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing-related problems, including leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions.
Translate technical drawings and blueprints into actionable installation plans and tenant fit-out specifications to ensure accurate execution and compliance with design intent.
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and building regulations at all times to ensure full compliance.
Maintain comprehensive records of plumbing activities, compile detailed reports, and oversee the inventory of tools, fittings, and consumables to ensure operational efficiency and resource availability.
We oversee facility operations by ensuring water systems are properly monitored, providing assistance with general maintenance tasks, and coordinating the activities of associated service providers.
Conduct daily inspections, document water consumption metrics, file maintenance reports, and verify thorough shift transitions while ensuring all risk reporting protocols are followed.
Required Specifications
Minimum qualifications include three or more years of hands-on experience in plumbing or an equivalent maintenance discipline.
Performed in the capacity of Artisan I or a comparable position, executing specialized craftsmanship duties with precision and expertise.
Proven expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing infrastructure, including drainage systems and water supply networks, is essential.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings and blueprints with precision and accuracy.
Proven ability to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions, demonstrating analytical thinking and technical aptitude.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and maintaining a high level of fitness to support manual labor requirements.
Maintaining high standards of integrity, demonstrating accountability, and exhibiting meticulous attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
