Oversee and execute core duties that include managing daily operations, ensuring project deadlines are consistently met, and maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline workflows, and foster a productive work environment. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth within the organization. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring transparent communication at all levels.

Acquire production schedules or shipping orders to facilitate the movement of materials, products, or equipment between designated areas within the facility.

Operate forklifts to efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks, containers, and other transportation vehicles.

Transport palletized or crated merchandise across warehouse and storage facilities efficiently and safely.

Organize and systematically place merchandise in designated storage areas in compliance with inventory control protocols and warehouse operational standards.

Ensure all loads are thoroughly inspected and properly secured prior to transportation.

Gather and arrange empty pallets in the specified storage locations.

Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on forklifts, which involves assessing lubrication systems, tire condition, air conditioning functionality, battery or fuel levels, and other critical components to ensure operational reliability.

Promptly report any equipment defects, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor for immediate attention and resolution.

Ensure a consistently clean, orderly, and secure workspace by strictly adhering to established company protocols and safety standards.

Support warehouse operations by facilitating stock transfers, conducting inventory audits, and performing other assigned tasks as needed.

Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by senior management or leadership teams to support organizational objectives and operational needs.

We are seeking a motivated professional who meets the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role, and strong proficiency with industry-standard software. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus, as is prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A minimum of a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or an equivalent qualification is required.

Possesses a valid forklift operator certificate or license, demonstrating compliance with operational safety and regulatory standards.

A minimum of one to two years of practical forklift operation experience within warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics settings is required.

Demonstrates a solid grasp of warehouse operations and established inventory handling protocols.

Safely and efficiently operates forklifts, ensuring adherence to all operational protocols.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
