Requirements

Li censure and Educational Requirements: Candidates must possess a valid professional license in the applicable field of practice, along with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline. A bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program is required; a BSN is preferred but not obligatory.

Applicants must possess a current, active nursing license issued in their country of origin, with the additional requirement of being eligible for license in the United States.

Experience:

A minimum of one to two years of acute care experience within healthcare institutions comprising 80 beds or more is required, with preference given to candidates with prior work in ICU, ER, or medical/surgical environments.

A strong proficiency in language and communication is essential for this role. The incumbent must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
