The Senior RPA Developer plays a pivotal technical role, tasked with designing, developing, and sustaining sophisticated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and drive operational excellence throughout the company’s insurance divisions (Life, Pensions, and Medical). Utilizing RPA platforms and advanced programming skills, this position delivers robust, scalable, and high-efficiency automation solutions. Responsibilities include RPA development, bot performance optimization, technical assistance, and adherence to corporate governance frameworks, while championing a culture of innovation, accuracy, and cross-functional teamwork.

Seeking a candidate with substantial qualifications and relevant experience pertinent to the role. Applicants should possess a background in the field, supported by professional certifications or advanced education where applicable. Demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities through prior work experience is essential, along with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes in similar positions. Industry Exposure: Demonstrated expertise in insurance, financial services, or technology-driven industries, with a preference for involvement in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.

A seasoned professional with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), demonstrated by the successful development of bots capable of managing processes involving 500,000 or more transactions or delivering substantial operational enhancements.

Collaborated effectively within agile teams on automation initiatives.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of compliance requirements within a regulated, multi-country operational framework.
