Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Facilitate business expansion and enhance brand value within designated Key Accounts.

Achieve sales volume, revenue, and operating income targets for the complete portfolio of beverage and fresh produce products across specified retail chains.

Craft and implement comprehensive annual business strategies tailored to designated Key Account chains.

Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners.

Drive demand planning excellence by optimizing stock levels across accounts and stores, analyzing SKU performance, and delivering precise sales forecasts to support operational efficiency.

Oversee the prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts, ensuring adherence to mutually agreed-upon trading terms.

Develop and implement strategic marketing programs for key accounts to enhance brand visibility, foster consumer interaction, and ensure adherence to trade pricing policies.

Responsible for managing third-party merchandising and sales agencies, with the duty of performing consistent performance assessments to uphold and enhance service quality.

Leverage sales automation tools and CRM platforms to enhance account management, reporting accuracy, and overall sales performance.

Spearhead the development and execution of innovative product listings while ensuring seamless market introductions across designated accounts.

Evaluate, authorize, and finalize annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a related role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are also required. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders and convey complex ideas clearly.

A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (ideally with a Marketing specialization), or a closely related discipline is required.

Candidates should possess a minimum of five to seven years of sales experience, including at least three years specializing in key account management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting.

A valid and unblemished driving license, coupled with a minimum of three years of uninterrupted driving experience, is required.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating a strong aptitude for data analysis and the preparation of precise, insightful reports.
