Seeking a Human Resources professional to fill the position identified by the reference number CIH-HR-05/2026. This role is designed to support organizational objectives through effective personnel management and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of employment laws and best practices. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Additionally, the role will involve fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee relations matters as needed.

The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will serve as the Principal’s delegate, offering strategic leadership and governance oversight for the institution while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the designated campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of academic programs, supervising staff, enhancing student support services, optimizing operational performance, maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements, and advancing the Institute’s strategic goals.

Oversee and implement all assigned duties with precision and efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop, coordinate, and execute initiatives to drive productivity and foster a collaborative work environment. Monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and report findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while upholding high standards of performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows and enhance operational effectiveness. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to cultivate growth and professional development opportunities.

Demonstrate leadership while overseeing the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the assigned campus.

The position entails facilitating the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality benchmarks, and institutional goals. Additionally, it involves managing academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to uphold excellence in training delivery and foster an enriching student experience.

Foster a culture of professionalism, instill discipline, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and enhance the overall student experience throughout the campus.

Ensure the effective delivery of services and operational efficiency by overseeing departmental heads, trainers, and support staff.

Drive student enrollment expansion by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, cultivating partnerships, and fostering community engagement initiatives tailored to the campus catchment area.

You will be responsible for the appropriate management, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets to uphold their optimal functionality and security.

Ensure alignment with VET regulatory mandates and institutional quality assurance frameworks, with particular emphasis on adherence to Quality Management System standards, specifically ISO 9001:2015.

Candidates must meet the following essential criteria: a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are advantageous. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate adaptability to evolving industry trends and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a related field is required for this role. Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in one of these disciplines or an equivalent field of study to qualify for consideration.

With at least five years of hands-on experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, the ideal candidate will bring a strong background to the role.

With demonstrated expertise in leadership, fostering clear and effective communication, and maintaining meticulous organizational capabilities, the ideal candidate will excel in guiding teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, and managing complex operations with precision and efficiency.

Demonstrates strong competence in information and communication technology (ICT) systems, as well as administrative software and platforms.

Candidates with prior experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education will be highly regarded.
