We are currently seeking applications for the position identified as CIH-HR-05/2026. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in human resources management, including expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. The ideal applicant will possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in HR software systems. Responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee benefits programs, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards. Additionally, the position demands a strategic approach to workforce planning and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will act on behalf of the Principal to lead and manage the institution, while simultaneously overseeing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the assigned campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of academic programs, the supervision of staff, the provision of student support services, and the enhancement of operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves maintaining compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements, as well as driving the implementation of the Institute’s strategic goals.

Oversee and execute core responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead high-impact initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and monitor performance metrics to achieve measurable outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, process enhancement, and risk mitigation. Serve as a key liaison between departments, senior leadership, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.

Demonstrate leadership while overseeing the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus.

The position involves facilitating the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional objectives. Additionally, it requires managing academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to uphold high-quality training and foster an exceptional student experience.

Foster a culture characterized by professionalism, stringent discipline, exceptional customer service, and a consistently positive student experience throughout the campus community.

Oversee departmental leaders, trainers, and support personnel to guarantee high-quality service delivery and optimized operational performance.

Facilitate the expansion of student enrollment by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, forging valuable partnerships, and fostering meaningful community engagement initiatives within the campus catchment area.

Oversee the effective deployment, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, educational resources, and institutional assets to maintain optimal functionality and safeguard their integrity.

Coordinate compliance with VET regulatory frameworks and institutional quality assurance mechanisms, specifically adhering to Quality Management System standards such as ISO 9001:2015.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with familiarity with data structures and algorithms. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is preferred. Knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related field is required for this position.

With at least five years of experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, candidates should demonstrate a strong background in these areas.

Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and organizational abilities is essential. The ideal candidate will exhibit advanced proficiency in guiding teams, articulating ideas clearly, and managing tasks efficiently to ensure seamless operations. These core competencies are critical for driving performance and fostering a productive work environment.

Demonstrates strong competence in information and communication technology (ICT) systems, as well as administrative software and platforms, with the ability to navigate and utilize them effectively to support operational workflows.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education is advantageous.
