We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to oversee and manage a range of administrative and operational tasks critical to the success of our team. The role involves coordinating schedules, preparing and distributing essential documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate records, handling confidential information with discretion, and assisting with project planning and execution. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential requirements for this position.
Act as the main liaison for essential account stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring their needs and concerns are promptly addressed.
Foster trusted advisory connections with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal collaborators.
Develop and maintain precise monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections to ensure strategic planning and operational alignment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in software development is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team are critical. Excellent communication abilities are also required to interact effectively with stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred. Knowledge of data structures and algorithms is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Business is required for this role.
Requires a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related professional capacity.
Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related applications.
Proficient in both written and oral communication, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
