Deliver continuous Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) support to ensure seamless operational functionality.

What you will do

Configure new computer systems and ensure ongoing upkeep of computers and related equipment to sustain peak operational efficiency.

Provide training to users on emerging technologies and onboard new employees to the email system, established policies, standard operating procedures, and available IT resources.

Provide support for the implementation of network infrastructure, including the installation of switches and configuration of routers.

Safeguard staff data by maintaining secure backups in OneDrive and SharePoint.

Develop detailed specifications for computer systems, printers, scanners, tablets, and internet services, and ensure necessary confirmations are obtained throughout the procurement process.

Daily oversight of server room operations is conducted to verify that all equipment functions at peak performance levels. This role involves continuous monitoring to confirm optimal performance and reliability of all infrastructure components.

Maintain an accurate and current inventory of all IT assets and equipment.

Collaborate with external service providers to guarantee adherence to established service level agreements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are critical for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in leading development projects or mentoring junior developers is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business and Information Technology is required.

A candidate with professional skills encompassing Microsoft Certified Professional, A+, N+, CCNA, or equivalent, well-regarded, and up-to-date I.T. certifications is required.
