Our organization, which operates in the automotive industry, is actively seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Junior Sales Officers to join our team. The chosen individuals will assume a pivotal role in broadening customer engagement, boosting sales of vehicle-related products and services, and cultivating client relationships to contribute to the company’s expansion objectives.

Oversee and execute primary functions and obligations associated with the role by fulfilling essential duties and tasks. Assume accountability for critical responsibilities that contribute to organizational objectives, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures. Develop and nurture enduring, high-value customer connections to drive repeat purchases and foster unwavering loyalty.

Deliver measurable results by consistently meeting predefined sales objectives and actively driving revenue enhancement initiatives.

Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Prospects are pursued and nurtured until they become engaged and loyal customers, ensuring consistent conversion from initial interest to sustained business relationships.

Address customer inquiries and grievances with professionalism, prioritizing prompt and effective resolutions to maintain satisfaction and trust.

Responsibilities include meticulously documenting all customer interactions, quotations, and transactions to ensure precise and up-to-date records.

Execute marketing initiatives, promotional efforts, and brand awareness strategies tailored to the automotive sector.

Track and analyze competitors’ actions as well as automotive market developments to identify strategic opportunities and potential threats.

Collect and analyze feedback regarding customer preferences, market demand trends, and the effectiveness of products or services to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure that automotive products and services are displayed and presented in a professional, appealing manner where relevant.

Job Requirements and Essential Skills: Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration. Additionally, candidates should have at least three years of professional experience in project management or a closely related role. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and strong analytical skills are required. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving project success. A diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
