Job Purpose:

Responsible for expanding the medical insurance portfolio to achieve established annual premium revenue objectives.

Oversee and manage critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functioning, including the development and implementation of strategic plans, the monitoring of performance metrics, and the coordination of cross-functional teams. Execute administrative tasks with precision, such as preparing detailed reports, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication channels. Collaborate with leadership to align operational objectives with broader organizational goals, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency. Additionally, ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Develop and secure new business opportunities across all channels, either independently or through intermediaries.

Deliver outstanding customer service consistently to intermediaries and clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and responsiveness at all times.

We are responsible for servicing our existing client base, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively through proactive support and timely resolution of inquiries or issues. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our products or services.

Monitor and track renewals for medical insurance policies to ensure timely processing.

Forward all proposal forms and KYC documentation to the underwriting department for processing.

Ensure premium collections are completed promptly in accordance with the established credit control policy.

Compile weekly reports in accordance with the BDM Corporate health requirements.

Conduct preliminary underwriting evaluations in strict adherence to established protocols to guarantee the secure acceptance of risk.

Handle all incoming inquiries from customers and clients promptly and professionally.

As authorized by the approved Delegated Authority Matrix, tasks are assigned in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.

Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time, ensuring all key performance measures are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the relevant field, complemented by a proven track record of success. Essential qualifications include [specific degrees, certifications, or licenses], along with a minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in [specific industry or role].
