What you’ll do:

You will support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ’s), conduct site measurements, monitor material consumption, and oversee project cost tracking. Additionally, you will assist in generating quotations, managing subcontractor payments, documenting variations, and ensuring projects adhere to approved financial allocations. Collaboration with suppliers, site personnel, and clients will also be required as needed.

What we’re looking for:

A qualification encompassing a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a comparable discipline is required.

A minimum of one year’s experience in quantity surveying or within construction project environments is required.

Experience with interior fit-out, joinery, or finishing works would be highly beneficial.

You possess exceptional numerical aptitude and analytical prowess, enabling you to identify critical details that often elude others.

Proficient in interpreting technical schematics and architectural blueprints with precision and accuracy.

Demonstrated integrity, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure are essential attributes for this role.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite is essential.
