Job Summary
We evaluate software quality by developing and implementing comprehensive testing methodologies. Our team detects and resolves bugs, documents issues, and oversees the resolution process to ensure smooth software and feature releases. Additionally, we compile detailed reports on all testing activities and collaborate with the development team to maintain seamless interoperability. Our testing scope includes usability assessments and various methodologies such as black/white box testing, load testing, and regression testing, with a strong preference for automated testing.
Job Details
Conduct a thorough examination of requirements, specifications, and technical design documentation, delivering prompt and constructive feedback.
Formulate thorough, meticulously organized test plans and test scenarios to ensure robust validation coverage.
Set testing schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely and thorough completion of all testing phases. Develop comprehensive test plans that outline objectives, scope, and methodologies while coordinating testing activities to meet project deadlines.
Serve as a test engineer responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability and reliability by re-executing previously executed test cases.
Professional Rewrite:
Assist in identifying and resolving issues as part of the initial support tier.
Deliver comprehensive user training sessions to ensure proficient adoption of system functionalities, covering essential features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Conducting evaluations of feedback collected from field teams and pilot programs.
The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Prior leadership or project management experience is a plus.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle as well as the software testing lifecycle.
