Provide support to the Butchery Chef de Partie in executing daily preparation tasks for meat, poultry, and seafood.

Receive, inspect, and store meat products while ensuring strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and food safety protocols.

Ensure meat products are handled, trimmed, portioned, deboned, and cut accurately in accordance with established specifications.

Prepare meat cuts, marinades, and mile en place for various hotel outlets and banqueting operations, ensuring all ingredients and components are ready for culinary execution.

Assist in organizing materials and resources required for restaurants, room service operations, events, and large-scale functions.

Ensure accurate labeling, proper dating, and adherence to storage rotation protocols in strict accordance with FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.

Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all butchery equipment, tools, and workstations in strict compliance with HACCP standards.

Efficiently utilize products and adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize wastage.

Assist in conducting stock counts, performing inventory audits, and documenting any shortages or quality discrepancies for reporting purposes.

Ensure strict adherence to established temperature control protocols for both chilled and frozen inventory items.

Consistently uphold impeccable personal hygiene and grooming standards as mandated by hotel policies.

Maintain adherence to all applicable food safety, health, and safety regulations to ensure full compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. Proven experience in software development, system architecture, or a comparable field is essential. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.

Holders of a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or an equivalent qualification are eligible to apply.
