We seek a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and familiarity with regulatory compliance is highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is a must.
A relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely aligned discipline is required.
A minimum of three to four years of hands-on sales experience, ideally within the paints, chemicals, or allied industries, is required. Exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and the cultivation of enduring customer relationships is essential.
Accomplished, goal-oriented professional with a strong capacity for self-direction and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
A valid driving license would be considered a favorable qualification for this role.
Salary & Benefits:
KES 40,000
Based on qualifications and experience, the compensation for this position is set at $60,000.
