Responsible for the uploading and ongoing management of products and content on the company’s website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates to enhance user experience and maintain brand integrity.

Updating product pricing is a key responsibility within this role. This task involves making necessary adjustments to product prices in accordance with market conditions and company policies. Monitoring and tracking stock levels and product availability across the website constitutes a key responsibility, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory information for customers and internal teams. This role involves regularly verifying product availability, updating inventory databases, and promptly addressing any discrepancies or shortages to maintain seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Enhancing website functionality, navigation, and user experience represents a core responsibility in this role. By refining the site’s structure and design, the ideal candidate will improve how users interact with and perceive the platform. This involves optimizing page layouts, streamlining menus, and ensuring seamless transitions to deliver a cohesive and intuitive browsing experience.

Overseeing the timely and accurate uploading of product photography along with ensuring content precision is essential to this role.

Responsible for generating and distributing regular updates regarding website performance and ensuring all site content remains current.

Requirements:

A qualification encompassing a Diploma or Degree in an Information and Communication Technology-related discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a related field is required.

Proficiency in HTML, XML, Java, and CSS is required.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Possesses exceptional analytical capabilities, robust organizational strengths, and outstanding communication proficiencies.

Proven capability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently amid dynamic and high-pressure conditions.
