Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals, and implementing strategies to enhance performance and streamline processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational objectives, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables. Additionally, the position requires monitoring key performance indicators, preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and team development. The successful candidate will also be responsible for budget oversight, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Oracle ERP Applications and Database administration, training, and support services are provided.

We specialize in the execution of ICT projects, encompassing a comprehensive range of initiatives including network infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, software development, hardware deployment, and application-based solutions.

Maintain the seamless functionality of core systems and communication networks to support uninterrupted organizational activities.

Develop and execute an IT strategic plan that aligns with and supports the company’s overarching corporate and business objectives.

Maintain the security and integrity of systems and equipment continuously.

Develop and execute the organization’s information and communication technology policies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards.

ICT assets allocation and management involve strategically distributing and overseeing information and communication technology resources to optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the Local Area Network to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

IT service provider selection and contract management are key responsibilities, encompassing the evaluation, negotiation, and oversight of agreements to ensure optimal performance and value delivery.

The acquisition and sourcing of information and communication technology (ICT) equipment are key responsibilities within this role.

Assist senior leadership in facilitating online tendering procedures.

Provides technical assistance for audio and video teleconferencing systems to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience in a technical field is required.

ERP Nexus seeks professionals with demonstrated expertise in ERP deployment, coupled with robust support and user training capabilities. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ERP systems, ensuring seamless operational integration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to educate end-users on system functionalities are essential.

A CCNA certification is preferred; however, an GCSE certification or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.

Requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in IT Support roles.

A strong background in technical management, proficiency in information analysis, and expertise in both hardware and software are essential.

Proven proficiency in data management and governance practices is essential.

Agile project management methodology expertise is essential, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through iterative development cycles. Proficiency in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean is required, along with a strong understanding of sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement practices. Responsibilities include coordinating sprints, facilitating daily stand-ups, and ensuring alignment with project goals while adapting to evolving requirements. Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is preferred.

With a proven track record in deploying, configuring, and maintaining both wired and wireless local area networks (LAN’s) as well as firewall systems, the ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise to ensure robust network security and seamless connectivity.
