.Responsibilities
To uphold adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols and customer education initiatives related to top-up operations.
Works in partnership with the Line Manager to design, implement, and evaluate sales strategies within the designated region.
Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the acquisition and onboarding processes. Ensure all milestones and deadlines outlined in SLAs are met, identifying any deviations and initiating corrective measures as needed.
Devices must be recovered from customers who do not meet compliance requirements.
Deliver first-line assistance by conducting on-site diagnostics and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
When customer issues cannot be resolved at the initial level, they are escalated for further review. This process ensures that more complex or unresolved concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly by the appropriate team or specialist.
Responsibilities include addressing and elevating unresolved network-related problems to higher-tier support teams for resolution. Requires prompt identification of critical incidents that exceed standard troubleshooting capabilities, ensuring timely escalation to prevent prolonged service disruptions. Applicants must possess strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with network infrastructure to effectively triage and document issues before escalation.
Compiles and organizes daily performance data to measure progress toward established targets.
Track and analyze monthly trends across designated markets to identify patterns, shifts, and emerging opportunities. This role involves evaluating market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to provide actionable insights. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation are essential to support strategic decision-making and drive informed business actions.
Develop and maintain dashboards to support weekly review meetings.
The creation of custom reports will be undertaken on an as-needed basis to fulfill specific requests.
Track and analyze competitor actions, promptly documenting and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
Deliver actionable customer insights and recommend tailored products or services designed to address and fulfill their specific requirements.
Develop and implement on-site marketing strategies, including road shows, estate storms, and mall activations.
