The position requires overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing a team of professionals to meet organizational goals. Guarantee adherence to all customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, specifically Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and educational initiatives regarding top-up procedures.

Collaborates closely with the Line Manager to design, implement, and evaluate sales strategies within the designated territory.

Monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) throughout the acquisition and onboarding phases to ensure contractual obligations are consistently met.

Devices must be recovered from customers who have not complied with established policies.

Deliver frontline assistance through on-site troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.

When customer issues cannot be resolved at the initial level, they are escalated for further review and resolution.

Network issues must be escalated promptly and efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Identifying and resolving these issues requires a proactive approach, with clear communication to stakeholders throughout the process.

Compiles and organizes data to track daily progress toward established goals.

Track monthly trends and perform comprehensive analyses within designated markets to identify key patterns and changes.

Create weekly review dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.

Ad hoc reports are prepared as needed to meet specific analytical or informational demands.

Track and analyze the actions and strategies employed by rival firms, providing detailed insights and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Deliver comprehensive customer insights and recommend tailored products or services designed to precisely meet their specific requirements.

Plan and implement localized marketing initiatives, including road shows, estate storms, and mall activations, to drive brand engagement and reach target audiences effectively.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by at least three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. The ideal applicant must demonstrate expertise in software development, system design, and debugging, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are required. Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies is highly advantageous.

A master’s degree or a Diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification, is required.

Proficiency in telecom and fixed wireless industry trends represents an additional asset for this role.

With at least one year of experience in outdoor sales—ideally within the telecom sector—though this background is not strictly required.

Commercial acumen involves a keen understanding of the competitive environment, including the range of products and services available, pricing structures, and commission frameworks.

A strong comprehension of solutions spanning both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services is required, along with technical proficiency.
