Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and achieve organizational goals. Effectively oversee the identification and recruitment of Agents, with a focus on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
Regularly conduct visits to SOS and Agents by adhering to established route plans (beat plans).
Provide essential transaction tools at SSO and agent outlets and conduct training sessions for SOS and Trash Agents on operational procedures.
AML training and instruction encompass educating agents on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOS) regarding Know Your Customer (KYC) processes as they pertain to SIM REG compliance.
Float and inventory oversight, along with sales monitoring, entails vigilantly supervising and applying the 1.5x stock guideline for agents while confirming that Stock Sales Officers (SOS) possess sufficient SIM inventory to facilitate new registrations and activations.
Develop and uphold merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.
