Position Description
We are seeking additional consultant expertise to conceptualize, develop, and execute sustainable urban development initiatives. These professionals will lead or contribute to the design of data collection tools, coordinate field activities, analyze findings, compile reports, and facilitate knowledge-sharing efforts. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience and technical proficiency in conducting evaluations, assessments, and research within these domains. Familiarity with capacity-building initiatives is a valued asset. Moreover, we welcome specialists who can serve as authoritative advisors for review panels, offering deep technical insight and a strong track record in the specified fields.
Proficient knowledge in pertinent areas including, but not limited to, analytical thinking, problem-solving methodologies, and effective communication is essential. Developing a diverse portfolio of studies, assessments, and comprehensive mixed-methods evaluations—including performance and impact analyses—forms the core of this role.
Conducting oversight of various mixed-methods evaluations, including impact and performance assessments, analyses, and evaluations, to ensure thorough and effective execution.
A strong command of statistical methods, sampling strategies, analytical tools, and data validation processes is required to effectively oversee and assess data quality.
Developing and finalizing comprehensive assessment reports is a key responsibility of this role, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis of findings.
Proficient in executing collaborative data collection methodologies and protocols, applying systems thinking to evaluate design frameworks, and guiding team-based exercises focused on participatory data validation and analysis.
Developing and delivering structured educational programs focused on logical frameworks and transformation theory is essential to this role.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in software development or data analysis. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with experience using databases like SQL or MongoDB. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and agile methodologies is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are also necessary.
A relevant Master’s Degree and a minimum of seven years of applicable experience are required, or alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree with at least ten years of direct experience in the field.
Applicants must possess substantial and relevant experience, along with technical proficiency, as well as meet essential qualifications such as strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Extensive track record of successfully spearheading, managing, and executing significant technical initiatives within relevant domains is required.
Demonstrated expertise in designing evaluations and employing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, along with robust analytical capabilities. Exceptional proficiency in drafting proposals and reports.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in instructional design, training methodologies, and interactive facilitation techniques.
