Position Description
We are seeking additional consultant expertise to conceptualize, develop, and execute sustainable urban development initiatives. These professionals will lead or contribute to the design of data collection tools, conduct field activities, perform analysis, compile reports, and facilitate knowledge-sharing. Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing evaluations, assessments, and research within these sectors. Prior involvement in capacity-building efforts is highly desirable. Additionally, we welcome specialists capable of serving as subject-matter experts for review panels, bringing deep experience and technical mastery in the specified domains.
Proficient in essential skill areas, including technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in project management, with a track record of delivering results within specified timelines. Capable of adapting to evolving technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Requires a minimum of five years of related experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills are necessary to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
Developing diverse studies, assessments, and hybrid evaluations—including performance and impact analyses—is a key responsibility.
Administering a broad spectrum of mixed-methods evaluations—encompassing impact, performance, and other analytical assessments—is a core responsibility of this role.
A strong command of statistical methodologies, sampling approaches, analytical tools, and data validation processes is required to ensure accurate data quality control and analysis.
Crafting and finalizing comprehensive assessment reports constitutes a key responsibility of this role.
Skilled in implementing collaborative data collection methods and protocols, leveraging systems thinking to assess evaluation frameworks, and guiding teams through participatory data validation and analysis exercises.
Developing and delivering structured frameworks and theoretical models of transformation represents a key responsibility of this role. The position entails designing and teaching logical systems that facilitate comprehensive understanding and application of transformative concepts.
Enhancing the team’s ability to assess performance and foster continuous improvement represents a core responsibility of the role.
Designing and implementing initiatives across any of the specified sectors.
Seasoned in securing financial resources and attracting investment capital.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a robust background in relevant technical or professional domains, complemented by proven abilities in project management, analytical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional organizational capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
