The successful applicant will assist the firm in managing conveyancing, commercial transactions, and providing strategic legal counsel.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, maintain workflow efficiency, and uphold accountability for deliverables. Perform tasks with precision, adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage conveyancing processes from initial instruction to final completion, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.

Prepare, review, and finalize property and conveyancing documentation while coordinating negotiations to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Draft sale agreements, leases, transfers, securities, and completion documents in accordance with established legal standards and client specifications.

Perform comprehensive legal due diligence assessments for property-related transactions to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Ensure seamless execution of property registration procedures while maintaining strict adherence to applicable land laws and regulations.

Collaborate with land registries, survey offices, and the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning to facilitate necessary approvals and registrations.

Draft, prepare, and meticulously examine commercial agreements and transactional instruments to ensure legal accuracy and compliance with organizational objectives.

Offer expert legal guidance and counsel on matters pertaining to commercial transactions and real estate dealings.

Verify that all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulatory standards.

Cultivate and sustain professional connections with clients and pertinent stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and mutual understanding.

Liaise with lenders, valuers, estate agents, and surveyors to facilitate seamless transaction completion.

Provide prompt legal counsel and regular updates to clients regarding their matters.

Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the company leadership.
