Position Description
We seek experienced consultants to contribute to the conception, development, and execution of green urban development initiatives. Developing diverse studies, assessments, and evaluations that employ mixed-methods approaches, including performance and impact analyses, is a key responsibility.
Overseeing the implementation of varied mixed-methods evaluations—including effect and performance analyses and assessments
Proficiency in statistical methods, sampling strategies, analytical tools, and data validation processes is required to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data analysis and control.
Crafting and finalizing evaluation reports forms a core component of this role, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis of findings.
Proficient in executing participatory data collection methodologies and protocols, skilled in applying systems thinking to assess evaluation designs, and adept at guiding team-based exercises in participatory data validation and analysis.
Developing and delivering instructional content on logical frameworks and transformation theory is a primary responsibility.

Proven track record of successfully leading, coordinating, and executing extensive technical initiatives within relevant domains.
Skilled in designing evaluations, employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and conducting thorough analyses. Demonstrates strong proficiency in crafting proposals and reports.
Exceptional ability to deliver effective training sessions and facilitate productive group discussions.
