Job Purpose Statement
The Manager, Server and Storage oversees the assessment, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to align with the Bank’s strategic objectives. This role guarantees infrastructure availability to sustain business operations and manages data center functions in strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the position provides support for virtual environments, backup and restoration procedures, business continuity planning (BCP), and SAN storage systems. Effective collaboration with the Information Security team is critical to enforce policies and protocols that optimize server and storage efficiency, capacity utilization, and performance management.
Oversee and manage critical client relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while driving sustained business growth. Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
