JOB SUMMARY

Rest Sure Insurance Agencies Ltd. is in search of a detail-oriented, methodical, and driven Insurance Administration Officer to oversee the agency’s operational and structural workflows. The ideal candidate will serve as the foundation of our back-office operations, guaranteeing smooth policy administration, precise underwriting documentation, meticulous client record management, and expedited claims processing. Beyond core administrative functions, the officer will enhance the agency’s digital infrastructure by streamlining customer onboarding processes, monitoring online lead generation, and strengthening digital brand visibility to support the expansion of our business portfolio.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Provide leadership in managing key functions, collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and innovation. Execute critical tasks with precision, maintaining high standards of accountability and adherence to established policies. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among teams to optimize performance and achieve measurable outcomes.

You will develop, evaluate, and execute insurance applications, endorsements, and policy documents across various product lines, meticulously ensuring structural integrity and compliance with established standards.

Client Servicing & Account Care: Oversee client portfolios with precision, delivering prompt, expert guidance on premium quotes, coverage details, account inquiries, and renewal arrangements.

As the primary liaison with collaborating insurance underwriters, facilitate seamless risk validation, document submission, and prompt policy finalization.

Systematically receive insurance claim notices, assist clients in compiling necessary documentation, submit claims to underwriters, and diligently follow up to ensure timely settlements.

You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and accuracy of both digital and physical client records. Additionally, you will compile and produce periodic reports on production data, performance metrics, and operational capacity systematically.

Support digital marketing initiatives by assisting in the implementation of campaigns across various social media and digital channels. Monitor customer interactions and online engagement metrics, accurately track incoming digital leads, and oversee web-based client communication portals to ensure effective and efficient management.

Ensure strict adherence of all administrative processes to internal standard operating procedures and to the legal frameworks mandated by local insurance regulatory bodies.

Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
