Duties & Responsibilities:
Improve the efficiency and accuracy of claims processing by expertly managing both inpatient and outpatient invoices, while maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability. To minimize rejection rates, adhere strictly to client policies regarding document delivery, whether online or physical. Quickly address any rejections within 5 working days from the date they are received.
Ensure the authenticity and precision of the hospital’s records by examining any incomplete documentation obtained from the dispatch department and verifying their accuracy through thorough examination. Additionally, ensure that all client-received documents are handled in accordance with established hospital protocols.
Effectively manage relationships with corporate clients through timely delivery of claims in accordance with company guidelines, efficient resolution of queries, and maintenance of high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure the preservation of client trust through diligent management of evidence of delivery, while adhering to strict standards of discretion and ethical conduct within the established regulatory guidelines.
Ensuring Timely Report Preparation and Distribution: It is imperative to guarantee that all required reports are promptly compiled and transmitted to the designated recipients in accordance with established deadlines.

Minimum Requirements
Education
A degree in a business-related field is required for this position.
The candidate must possess several years of professional experience in either finance or accounting.
