As a fuels business analyst, your objective is to drive expansion in our retail presence through thorough analysis of prospective locations, financial evaluation, and strategic acquisition of new fuel station sites.
Cultivate robust partnerships with dealers and franchises to foster expansion of the network.
Oversee the day-to-day management of our retail stores, maintaining optimal performance levels while upholding strict corporate guidelines.
Oversee the evaluation of sales metrics, customer support standards, and adherence to health, safety, environmental, and social responsibility guidelines.
Manage financial planning and analysis for retail businesses, including budgeting and forecasting activities to support growth initiatives.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics such as revenue, margin, and profitability in multiple locations to identify trends, optimize strategies and maximize profits.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of station personnel, including station managers.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK HISTORY:
A baccalaureate degree in a field such as business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification obtained through professional experience and training, is required for this position.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with a specific focus on the oil and gas industry. A solid background in retail operations within this sector is highly preferred, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Health, Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility (HESSE) guidelines and legal specifications pertaining to the oil and gas sector.
