The Elementary School Homeroom Teaching Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing student learning, well-being, and classroom efficiency by collaborating closely with educators and taking an active part in instructional delivery, student supervision, and personalized support. Seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, adaptability to evolving challenges, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements is highly desirable, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and industry best practices.

A diploma or degree in Education is required for this position.

Preferred candidates will hold Special Education certification or equivalent training.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience supporting students and partnering effectively with educators, you bring a strong foundation to this role.

Proficient in English with exceptional proficiency in mathematics, along with advanced reading, writing, and communication abilities.

Proficient in utilizing various technological tools and online platforms is essential.
