Your mission:
This position oversees the account management of designated reseller accounts and fosters key client relationships to drive growth in Epsom product sales.
What you will do:
Oversee the administration of designated non ‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.
Drive measurable performance against established Key Performance Indicators, including a 40% year-over-year account growth target, adherence to talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.
Cold-call reseller prospects, leveraging promotions and campaigns as engagement strategies. Responsibilities include qualifying leads to assess prospect viability and sales potential, guiding them through the sales process until final closure, and coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate and secure the transaction.
Charged with enhancing revenue through the strategic promotion of additional and complementary offerings from our product portfolio.
Facilitating partners’ attainment of rebates within the partner program, while also verifying they are enrolled in the optimal program to align with Epsom’s objectives and enhance their business model.
Striving to elevate accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status represents a key objective in our strategic initiatives.
Ensure that potential opportunities are systematically developed and, once entered into the forecasting system, maintained with current information to preserve the integrity of the data.
Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding significant opportunities to guarantee product availability.
As needed, represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.
Identify potential resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
