Your mission:
This position oversees the account management of designated reseller accounts while cultivating strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth within the Epsom product portfolio.
What you will do:
Oversee the management of designated non-“Field Managed” reseller accounts.
Deliver measurable results aligned with Key Performance Indicators for the position, such as a 40% annual account growth, adherence to designated talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.
Experienced professionals will proactively reach out to potential resellers through cold calling, leveraging promotions and marketing campaigns as conversation starters. They will assess and validate each prospect’s suitability, evaluating the strength of the lead to determine its potential. Once qualified, they will guide the prospect through the sales process to finalize the deal while collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive support and successful transaction closure.
Duties include promoting additional products or services to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our diverse product portfolio.
You play a pivotal role in supporting resellers in attaining their rebates under partner programs, while also verifying they are enrolled in the most suitable program to align with Epsom’s requirements and enhance their business profitability.
Our objective is to elevate accounts to the ‘Field Managed’ designation, thereby enhancing their operational oversight and strategic alignment within the organization.
Ensure that opportunities are systematically progressed through the pipeline and, once recorded in the forecasting system, remain current to maintain data accuracy.
Collaborate with business unit heads to guarantee availability of stock for major opportunities.
Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as needed.
Proactively identify potential candidates among resellers who may meet the criteria for Plus Silver accreditation.
