Your mission:
This position is accountable for overseeing the account management of designated reseller accounts while fostering strong relationships with pivotal clients to drive sales growth for Epsom’s product portfolio.
What you will do:
Manage relationships with non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts on behalf of the organization.
Deliver measurable results by surpassing Key Performance Indicators, including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to established talk time benchmarks, and consistent attainment of effective call targets.
Cold call suspected resellers to uncover their promotional strategies and campaign incentives, evaluating each prospect to determine their potential as a viable lead. You will qualify leads based on their strength and guide them through the entire sales process until closure, coordinating with relevant departments to finalize deals and maximize success.
Duties include promoting additional products or services to existing customers to enhance their purchase value and exploring opportunities to introduce complementary offerings, thereby maximizing revenue potential.
Assisting resellers in earning their rebates through active engagement with partner programs, while also guiding them toward the most suitable program to align with both Epsom’s objectives and the partners’ business strategies.
Seeking to advance accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status, with a focus on strategic growth and operational enhancement.
Maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunities and ensure their timely updates within the forecasting system to preserve data accuracy.
Engage business unit heads in strategic initiatives for significant opportunities to guarantee sufficient stock availability.
Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as needed.
A diligent search should be conducted to identify resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
