Seeking an individual with at least five years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with a degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in key software tools and systems is essential, along with a strong understanding of industry best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to liaise effectively with stakeholders. The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Prior experience in project coordination or a similar role would be advantageous.
A degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a closely related field is required.
Comprehensive background in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (DESI), with a particular focus on disability inclusion, is essential.
