The Senior ICT Officer will deliver consistent, day-to-day information and communications technology support across Natural State’s operational framework, with a primary emphasis on facilitating the deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. Reporting to the Systems & Strategy Implementation Specialist, the role involves active participation in ERP deployment, user training initiatives, and continuous systems’ administration, while providing assistance in the maintenance of critical platforms such as Airtable and JIRA. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting user training, and offering ongoing support to enhance system performance and user adoption.
