The Labour Market Integration & Human Resource Administrator (LMA & HR) represents a dual-purpose entry-level position strategically positioned within Nairobi’ Programs and Partnerships Department. This role will function as the essential intermediary between Nairobi graduates and prospective employers, developing and maintaining employer relationships, mentoring graduates on professional preparedness, and monitoring post-training employment results.
