The Global Recruitment Intern will serve on the Global Recruitment Team, specifically contributing to the Operations subteam. Under the guidance of the Recruitment Senior Coordinator, the intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to achieve shared objectives.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity and maintain compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing workforce. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement risk management strategies to safeguard organizational integrity. Manage stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in and support for key projects and initiatives.

You will perform routine tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our recruitment processes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

You will manage the entire candidate screening and selection workflow, from initial application review through to final hiring decisions, while delivering exceptional customer service to all applicants and taking pride in meticulous attention to detail.

You will oversee the candidate database through our Applicant Tracking System, handling application tracking and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

In partnership with your manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of enhancement initiatives within our recruitment systems, leveraging data-driven insights to drive measurable outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. At least three years of experience in software development is mandatory. Familiarity with databases such as SQL or NoSQL is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A relevant Bachelor’s degree in any field of study is required for this position.

Must have:

Accumulated six months to one year of practical experience in recruitment or a closely related human resources discipline is required.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Proficient in extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets, you can identify trends, anomalies, and correlations with precision and efficiency. Your analytical prowess enables you to transform raw data into actionable intelligence through meticulous examination and interpretation.

Proficiency in managing and organizing data using spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Sheets is essential.

Professional experience in engaging and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across various levels and departments is essential. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate, align objectives, and foster productive partnerships with individuals or groups having differing perspectives, priorities, and expertise.

Exceptional aptitude for rapid skill acquisition, natural inquisitiveness, and a strong inclination toward meticulousness.

Fluent command of the English language is essential.
