Our team is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing qualified candidates to extending offers, as well as ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. We partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement effective selection strategies, and facilitate seamless integration of new employees into the organization. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee the full cycle of recruitment initiatives, including conducting interviews and facilitating the selection of top candidates.

Draft employment agreements and maintain comprehensive employee records.

Deliver comprehensive orientation and integration training initiatives for new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Responsible for the accurate and up-to-date management of employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include managing employee grievances and addressing disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.

Ensure adherence to established company policies and relevant labor laws at all times.

Facilitate and champion programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and overall well-being.

Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting workplace harmony to ensure a cohesive and productive environment.

Compile payroll data such as attendance records, overtime hours, leave balances, and applicable deductions.

Oversee the precise administration and documentation of payroll activities as well as employee records.

Facilitate the evaluation of employee performance through structured appraisals.

Track employee performance metrics and oversee attendance records to ensure alignment with organizational standards and expectations.

Develop and execute performance improvement plans as required to enhance employee productivity and effectiveness.

Assess the training requirements for staff members to ensure their professional development and alignment with organizational objectives.

Develop and manage both in-house and external training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and organizational knowledge.

Facilitate new employee onboarding sessions and periodic skills’ reinforcement training programs.

Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency across all departments.

Ensure all employees maintain impeccable grooming, hygiene, and compliance with established company standards at all times.

Assign responsibilities and ensure that delegated tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure thorough and accurate shift handovers are conducted to maintain seamless operations and continuity between outgoing and incoming teams.

Ensure continuous evaluation of service quality and customer satisfaction levels to maintain high standards.

Facilitate peak operational periods by providing robust support to departments as needed.

Maintain adherence to established operational procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure full regulatory and organizational compliance.

Perform systematic examinations of the workplace environment on a regular basis.

Ensure strict compliance with established health and safety protocols at all times.

Analyze operational issues and propose solutions to address them.

Compile weekly and monthly HR and operational reports with precision and consistency.

Track and document instances of absenteeism, disciplinary actions, staff turnover, and operational incidents for thorough review and analysis.

Ensure meticulous documentation of records for managerial evaluation and strategic decision-making purposes.
