The People and Culture Intern will deliver administrative, operational, and organizational assistance to the People and Culture Department. This position involves supporting employee records management, recruitment efforts, new hire onboarding, leave administration, employee communications, training coordination, Foundation activities, staff engagement programs, and general HR operations.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. Handle ongoing operational activities, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of productivity. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative work environment. Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.

Responsible for managing and updating employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to maintain precise and well-organized documentation.

Offer administrative assistance for recruitment functions, encompassing interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, as well as onboarding and induction procedures.

Oversee leave, attendance, and employee records systems with a focus on maintaining timely updates and precise reporting.

Compose, circulate, and manage internal HR communications, notices, and employee correspondence to ensure consistent and accurate dissemination of information.

Design and oversee employee training initiatives, handling all aspects from planning and scheduling to logistical arrangements, attendance monitoring, and comprehensive record-keeping.

Assist in the organization and implementation of Foundation initiatives, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, and community engagement efforts.

Compile, revise, and safeguard HR reports, trackers, and databases, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all departmental records.

Assist with the organization of employee welfare programs, staff engagement events, hospital visits, grief support services, and employee recognition initiatives.

Organize meetings, prepare accompanying materials, document detailed minutes, and deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resource Department.

Execute a variety of clerical and office administration tasks while facilitating the seamless delivery of HR services and advancing departmental goals.

Tasks and duties may also be delegated by the manager and/or senior leadership as deemed necessary.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
