Duties involve sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet shampooing, as well as cleaning curtains and upholstered furniture, dusting, and polishing all furniture, fixtures, and fittings to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
Guarantee that guest rooms are meticulously arranged and beds are made with precision, maintaining impeccable presentation standards throughout.
Perform a thorough inspection of each assigned room to verify that all cleaning tasks meet or exceed established standards, addressing any necessary touch-ups prior to deeming the room ready for occupancy.
Ensure that guest amenities, linens, and supplies—along with advertising materials—in both bedrooms and bathrooms are consistently restocked to meet the established standards for each room category.
Collect and dispose of waste materials from guest rooms and common areas, transport refuse from receptacles to designated waste collection sites for proper removal.
Promptly notify the Housekeeping Supervisor of any maintenance concerns, damaged property, or missing amenities.
Support daily room assignments and coordinate allocation processes.
Any lost property must be reported in accordance with established procedures to ensure proper handling and documentation.
Perform a variety of deep cleaning assignments and specialized housekeeping projects as designated.
Oversee guest laundry operations in strict adherence to Hotel policy to maintain high standards of service and quality.
Support the ongoing inventory of equipment to ensure accurate record-keeping and availability.
Maintain the security of keys and guest rooms at all times by strictly following established security protocols.

Adhere strictly to established health, safety, and hygiene protocols, ensuring proper utilization of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
