Oversee and manage a comprehensive range of duties to ensure seamless business operations, including strategic planning, project execution, and performance monitoring, while maintaining adherence to organizational policies and objectives. Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and communication to align efforts toward shared goals. Prepare, review, and present detailed reports on operational metrics, financial performance, and milestone achievements to stakeholders. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
