We are in search of a dependable, meticulous, and honest housekeeper to ensure the efficient operation of a private residence in Machos.

Type:

Full-time, live-in position available requiring a commitment to reside on-site as part of the role. Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing operational oversight, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align departmental activities with broader company goals, fostering a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate progress against targets, identifying areas for optimization and actionable insights. Lead initiatives that drive innovation, process refinement, and cost efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Perform routine housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, orderly home environment on a daily basis.

Responsible for laundering, ironing, and maintaining wardrobe organization.

Responsibilities include ensuring that bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces are consistently kept in a clean and orderly condition. This role requires thorough attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout all designated areas.

After each meal, the incumbent is tasked with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, which includes washing dishes and ensuring all surfaces are tidy.

Inventory management assistance for grocery and household products is provided as required.

Occasionally, assistance with meal preparation may be necessary, as determined by specific circumstances or needs.

Maintaining stringent hygiene and presentation standards at all times is essential.

Promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs is essential to ensure the timely resolution of issues and the preservation of facility integrity.

Requirements:

Experienced professionals in housekeeping roles are required for this position.

A professional who demonstrates integrity, honesty, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining confidentiality is sought.

Capable of independently managing workloads with minimal oversight while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
