We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to company policies. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, managing deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delegating tasks efficiently, monitoring progress, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. Additionally, the position involves reporting key performance metrics to leadership and implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Handle guest reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all responses are courteous and constructive. Address guest complaints with urgency and diligence, implementing solutions to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a focus on exceeding guest expectations and fostering long-term satisfaction.

Responsible for managing the dining area and directing food and beverage service staff in compliance with established operating guidelines. Ensure the restaurant is meticulously cleaned and prepared for service prior to opening.

Ensure all waitstaff adhere to impeccable grooming standards prior to the commencement of each shift to uphold a polished and professional appearance.

Demonstrates a thorough understanding of menu items and plating standards. Capable of accurately relaying orders from both the bar and kitchen stations.

Verify that the restaurant checklist is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Oversee and allocate responsibilities to the restaurant and bar team members.

Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions, and generate and distribute daily sales reports. Additionally, oversee restaurant profit margins and expenditures to ensure adherence to established budgets.

Oversee expenditures to maintain alignment with revenue targets while upholding product or service quality standards.

Drive the department with an entrepreneurial approach, continuously seeking avenues to expand business opportunities. Maximize sales potential, meet revenue objectives, and maintain strict adherence to approved budgets.

Periodic meetings are organized for food and beverage service staff to clarify policy interpretations and gather valuable input from team members. Additionally, internal talent is nurtured and developed through targeted training initiatives to foster professional growth.

Oversee the restaurant’s stock and inventory levels, conducting daily tallies to maintain accurate records.

Performs additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of experience in the relevant field, possessing strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, alongside the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, with advanced certifications viewed as advantageous. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Achieved a minimum high school grade of C+ or an equivalent qualification.

Possesses a certification in hotel management or a comparable qualification.

A collaborative team member is sought for this position.

Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Capable of fulfilling weekend shifts and overnight assignments with flexibility and reliability.

We require a minimum of three years of relevant experience, ideally gained within a four or five-star hotel environment.
