Provide support in foundational baking preparation tasks to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures.
Assist the baker in executing all stages of the production workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness by thoroughly sanitizing baking equipment, utensils, and workstations to meet hygiene standards.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the bakery area.
Facilitate the preparation and organization of ingredients and supplies as needed.
Assist with the packaging and organization of baked goods as required.
Adhere meticulously to established food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Perform all additional responsibilities as assigned within the bakery’s operational framework.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git is preferred. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.
Proficiency in a bakery or kitchen setting is an essential prerequisite for this role.
