Handle modifications to bookings, cancellations, and special requests, while also providing emergency assistance.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure bookings align seamlessly with established company procedures.
Assist in maintaining accurate and current digital and physical records for all reservations and associated documentation.
Oversee service standards, collect feedback, and contribute to process enhancements.
