A virtual Regional Validation Meeting will be convened to review the draft study, with subsequent follow-up actions to finalize and approve the validation report.

The deliverables and reporting must be prepared in English, with all materials provided electronically in both Word and PDF formats. Submissions should adhere to EAC Secretariat guidelines, requiring both electronic and hard copy versions. The consultant bears sole responsibility for the precision and credibility of the submitted data, as well as the integrity of any referenced sources. Should translations into additional languages be necessary, IOM will handle the localization of outputs accordingly.
The consultant is explicitly excluded from assuming any managerial, supervisory, or representative duties within the scope of this engagement.
All information and materials furnished to the consultant must be treated as confidential and utilized solely for the agreed-upon purpose. Any disclosure to external parties or use beyond the specified scope is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is obtained from both IOM and the EAC Secretariat.
The scope of work may be adjusted, as mutually agreed upon with IOM and in coordination with the EAC Secretariat, to align with the evolving needs of the Project.
