Girls Not Brides is recruiting an accomplished Head of Impact and Strategy Performance to spearhead the organization’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) and impact function. In this pivotal role within the Learning, Evidence and Impact Directorate, you will supervise the Impact team and collaborate closely with the Director to define the organization’s strategic vision for monitoring performance against our results framework and impact measurement. Your responsibilities will include ensuring Girls Not Brides possesses the necessary systems, tools, evidence, data, and narratives to effectively demonstrate progress toward our strategic objectives.

You will spearhead the development and enhancement of MEAL systems and strategic organizational planning processes, fostering collaboration across teams to ensure our initiatives are impactful, aligned with strategic priorities, and accompanied by robust tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will refine organizational MEAL and performance frameworks, guaranteeing the generation and dissemination of clear, credible, and persuasive evidence of our impact to key stakeholders.

We are seeking a motivated Contract Manager to oversee and administer our organization’s contractual agreements. In this role, you will be tasked with negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and managing a diverse range of contracts to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize terms for the benefit of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex legal language. Additionally, proficiency in contract lifecycle management software and a solid understanding of commercial law are essential requirements. Girls Not Brides will spearhead the strategic direction, execution, and impact assessment of our initiatives.

Drive the development and execution of the organization’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) framework, ensuring full strategic alignment with organizational priorities.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing MEAL systems, tools, and processes throughout the organization, ensuring they are rigorous, integrated, and uniformly adopted.

Provide strategic oversight for the meticulous collection, thorough analysis, and accurate reporting of high-quality data across all projects, programs, and organizational initiatives, thereby facilitating informed, evidence-based decision-making and adaptive programming.

Conduct organizational evaluations and impact assessments with a focus on maintaining methodological precision and ensuring their continued relevance.

In collaboration with the Head of Research, Evidence, and Learning, assist in embedding evidence-based insights and learning outcomes into organizational planning and strategic performance management, while cultivating an environment that prioritizes continuous learning and enhancement.

Ensure seamless collaboration among portfolio management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), and organizational performance frameworks.

Direct strategic planning, performance oversight, and reporting responsibilities are core to this role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies, as well as monitoring performance metrics and generating insightful reports to inform decision-making.

Spearhead the yearly organizational planning initiative, guaranteeing alignment with key strategic objectives and fostering seamless cross-functional coherence.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Learning, Evidence, and Impact to develop and advance the organization’s strategic vision for decision-making grounded in evidence.

Assist in developing and disseminating impactful communication and storytelling initiatives to effectively convey our mission, achievements, and values to diverse audiences.

Collaborate closely with the Impact, Development, and Communications teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality communication of impact to diverse stakeholders.

Ensure the annual Impact Report and key contributions to the Trustees Annual Report are developed with meticulous attention to robust evidence, insightful analysis, and transparent organizational accountability.

Craft compelling impact stories, case studies, and data to effectively convey the organization’s progress and drive change for donors, partners, members, and the Board.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively is required, along with experience in guiding team members toward achieving organizational objectives.
